COVID19 Update

I hope this message finds you, your family and/or organization healthy and safe.

Our work is currently defined as "essential" within Ohio so we are remaining open during this time. Admittedly, we will not be operating at "full steam" so please bear with us as we work to adjust some folks working remote and swinging work schedules for our staff so we can follow the 6' guideline in addition to other safety measures.

In an effort to continue to provide industry leading service, pricing and safety, we have a few changes that are effective immediately:

1. All shipments received will sit in our queue for a minimum of 5 days. - Applies to "in person deliveries".

2. Customers NOT permitted to enter our plant.- Please notify us in advance if you need us to hold bins/tubs for your next visit. No Guarantee we can hold it for the requested length of time but we will do our best.

3. All deliveries by appointment only. No exceptions.

Things are changing daily so we will do our best to inform you about what we are doing proactively, as well as reactively, based on rules/laws put in place.

If you require IMMEDIATE CASH, please do NOT rely on CFCS for cash to pay mission critical supplies such as:

• N95 Masks
• Medication
• Diapers
• Mortgage

…just to name a few.

We certainly are NOT perfect, but we do our best and have been for over a decade.

PROCESSING:Expect freight turnaround times of 5-10 business days. Parcel 2-5 business days. (This of course is after the above 5 day quarantine period.)
